Storage can be part of the FileMaker hosting, for document storage, or separate S3 type buckets for additional backups etc. Actual storage included depends on the allocation of server type, plus type of storage, so you will usually be notified about the number of “blocks” to purchase.
Windows is more expensive than Linux because of licence costs, plus it’s more expensive to maintain.
